A Florida OnlyFans model is suing her ex-boyfriend for billions of dollars in a revenge porn lawsuit for allegedly gaining control of her social media accounts and posting sexually explicit material without her consent.
Mikayla Saravia, 25, is suing her 27-year-old ex-boyfriend Nicholas Hunter for $6.3 billion after she said they ended an unstable 5-year relationship in October and he took control of her accounts at social media and posted explicit content with her without her consent, South Florida Sun-Sentinel announced on Saturday.
Saravia’s Twitter account has over 600,000 followers and her Instagram page has over 8 million followers.
Both accounts contain numerous sexually explicit videos and photos promoting Saravia’s OnlyFans account.

Saravia’s lawyer, Joseph DiRuzzo, admitted that his client posted sexual content on her own, but in those cases she controlled social media posts.
“Just because you’ve consented to the use of an image in the past doesn’t mean you’re giving someone permission to post additional content without your consent,” Diruzzo said.

Saravia has two OnlyFans accounts, one is free and the other is $30 a month, and Hunter allegedly took over both and sold her $35 videos and $10 and $13 photos throughout January.
“Defendant used the OnlyFans account to sell sexually explicit videos and images of the plaintiff based on material he had accumulated prior to the end of their business and personal relationship,” Diruzzo wrote in the complaint.

The $6.3 billion represents $10,000 for each of Saravia’s 628,000 followers who were on her Twitter account in October when they broke up.
Hunter and Saravia are also suing each other in a domestic violence case in Broward County, Florida.
Saravia’s social media accounts have reportedly earned her a significant amount of money over the years, with the Daily Mail reporting in 2019 that she was earning over $100,000 a year flashing her long tongue when she only had 2 million followers in Instagram.
